We will not be having our annual GALA fundraiser and celebration event this year that was scheduled for September 19th, 2020 at The Laurelhurst Club. We were very excited and happy to celebrate our 20th anniversary with all of you; we plan but life sometimes surprises us with challenges that need to be taken seriously and as a collective community. COVID-19 has changed the course of all our lives and at the same time has given us the opportunity to value the people and things we have in life. We hope you are well and ready to renew our calling when life returns closer to normal as before COVID-19. With the same hope we have rescheduled the GALA for September 18th, 2021, we will celebrate not only 20 years of being a nonprofit but a survival and resilient organization that wants to continue working with the communities we serve.
If you feel compelled to help us in our fight for survival and resiliency, you can still donate whatever you can afford since we will not be having our big event of the year for raising funds for the organization. You can do it via our website or sending a check or calling our office using a CC. Thank you very much for your work and support which has enabled Educate Ya to exist for 20 years.
